Feb. 3 Lunar New Year: Year of the Horse, Houston, TX 77201. This is another one I can’t figure out. Feb. 17 is the Chinese New Year for the Year of the Horse, which this year is known as the “Fire Horse.” The only connection I can find is a dance hall in Houston called the Fire Horse Saloon.
