So here is a quick, maybe not entirely complete, assessment of Tornados on Postage Stamps.
The USPS has only put one tornado on a US postage stamp. That stamp was issued on October 4, 2004, Cloudscapes, Scott #3878. The stamp was one of 15 different images issued on this sheet of self-adhesive stamps.
